The Wrap Shack started rolling ‘em fat in the
summer of 2004, when three friends--Josie
Bolane, Jason Luchini and Lindsie Feldner--
decided Big Sky would be a better place with a
restaurant that serves fast, fresh, healthy and
affordable food. We pride ourselves on making
our sauces and salsas from scratch and using
only the freshest ingredients in everything we
make. Our aim is to provide the community with a
menu that is completely original, different and
