The Wrap Shack started "rollling 'em fat" in 2004. When Karen Macklin and Don Mattusch took over in 2011, they remained committed to serving Big Sky fast, fresh, healthy and affordable food.
We pride ourselves on making
our sauces and salsas from scratch and using
